Online Training:- Resolving Conflicts At Work Through Win-Win Strategy by Aslini Abdullah
Date: 7 March 2023 (Tuesday)
Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Conflict is not the same as discomfort. The conflict isn’t the problem- it is when conflict is poorly managed is the problem.

Few of us enjoy dealing with conflicts-either with bosses, peers, subordinates, friends, or strangers. This is particularly true when the conflict becomes hostile and when strong feelings become involved. Resolving conflicts can be mentally exhausting and emotionally draining.

But it is important to realize that conflict requires resolution is neither good nor bad. There can be positive and negative outcomes. It can be destructive but can also play a productive role for you personally and for your relationships- both personal and professional.
