Overview : Any business size is represented by its key spokesperson, generally the founder or an individual in the Management position. The spokesperson is a decision maker and responsible to manage the ups and downs of the business effectively. Many appointed spokespersons are subject matter experts but shy away or hesitate when it comes to dealing with media- be it traditional or digital. Preparation ensures half the work is done and interacting with any kind of audience, online and traditional media becomes smoother when the groundwork is strong. 

This workshop is designed to highlight all the key aspects of becoming an effective spokesperson who can manage the different types of media approaches that have developed over the year including, formal approaches like media briefings, interviews and comment requests or informal methods like ambush, door -stop or digital follow up requests. 

Participants will be able to understand the nature of the media, their tactics in gaining stories and the right strategical moves you can adopt to deal with them.
