To communicate appropriately when approaching different personalities. Different techniques to be utilized based on the situation. When appropriate techniques are used, productivity can be improved. Deter emotional trigger words that may offend an individual instead use objective words and statements that encourage harmony within the team.

Deal with conflicts based on the circumstances, focus on objectives rather than being personal. Be assertive when dealing with situations rather than contemplating and not achieving results.
