Introduction:
This training will explore and practice the techniques of managing time and planning effectively towards those activities that will further professional and personal goals.

It can eliminate non-essential activities to achieve more and make work more enjoyable and rewarding.

Practicing good time management will create a person to be more productive and say no to impossible workloads.

Module 1: Organizing, managing and executing work efficiently and effectively
Ways of identifying tasks to be completed
Techniques in assigning duties to be accomplished
Tips on managing the tasks completely
Getting the work done according to the procedures set

Module 2: Planning the tasks according to the time management
Planning for the year, monthly and weekly
Composition of planning- overall objectives, key result areas, tasks and checklist
Managing deadlines objectively
Being proactive rather being reactive

Module 3: Handling critical and challenging duties effectively as required by the superiors
Identifying personalities of superiors
Listing the critical and challenging duties regularly
Identifying and preparing contingency action plan 
Updating on the progression of the assignments 

Module 4: Carrying out responsibility in executing the tasks professionally and not emotionally
Develop pride in carrying out responsibilities
Listing the responsibilities in ensuring quality is maintained
Executing the tasks diligently
Dealing with outstanding matters in ensuring no lateness

Module 5: Managing stress that leads to a balanced life at work and at home
Type A or B personality
Coping with stress-Strategies and skills
Communication, relationships at work and staying healthy
