Introduction:
Why Are Employees Critical to an Organisation?  
An organization is as good as its employees. Organizations need employees to achieve organisation’s goals. 

(1)How Can Management Develop Motivated Employees? 
To be effective employees need to be motivated with the right HR management systems. This programme seeks to empower the manager with the necessary knowledge and skills to do just that. 

(2)EPF, SOCSO & EIS Provides Additional Value
