Introduction:
This program is specially designed for sales professional to improve their sales and rapport building with customers by using the wisdom of Sun Tzu’s Art of War . Sun Tzu said : Know yourself and know your enemy ,100 battles and 100 victories.

Participants will learn ancient powerful skills to understand clients’ behaviours and build relationship and close the sales more powerfully. This program is aimed to bring out the best in every participants. It will make the participants hungry for sales and eager to meet their sales target. - Learn art to communicate effectively
- The Sun Tzu’s Art of Questioning ,Listening and Summarizing
- How to confirm the needs

Module 5: Master The Sun Tzu’s Presentation Skills
- What every sales consultant should know about the art of presentation
- Common Mistakes in presentation
- Maximizing the effect of powerful presentation

Module 6: Overcoming customers’ concerns the Sun Tzu’s Methodology
- Master the process of closing
- The art to handle objection
- Make service a key closing point

Methodology:
Apart from lectures the following will be incorporated:

- Games and activities in relation to the topic discussed
