Module 2 – Winning In The First Three Minutes and Powerful Opening
• Gain instant credibility; learn proactive steps to control nervousness
• Implement rapport-building to win a favourable first impression
• Understand the “Four Audience Tensions” and how to reduce them
• Employ “Hooks” for undivided attention; get a collection of sure openers for success
• Apply commandments for building and maintaining rapport; ensure your acceptance
Module 3 – The Key Skills That Make Any Presentation Shine and Preparing The Contents
• Learn and implement effective body language ie. Facial gestures, eye contact and hand movement
• Understand “trust transference” and why it’s vitally important
• Learn the secrets if “business entertainment” (fun factor); enjoy the benefit of repeat engagements
• Discover keys do’s and don’ts of answering questions; learn to manage unexpected questions
Module 4 – Summary And Closing The Presentation with A Bang!
• Discover the difference between summarizing and closing
• Determine how to summarize throughout the presentation for a power-packed ending
• Implement proper use of emotion for audience buy-in at closing
• Learn how to ensure participant action after the presentation is over; become a presenter worth remembering
